I cannot say enough great things about Paul and Midway Automotive! I had a flat tire, limped into Midway and Paul took the time to look at my tire to see if it could be fixed. Unfortunately, it was not fixable and Paul did not have the tire I needed, but he put my spare on and gave me a few names to call to get a tire. In addition, he did some calling on his own to see if he could find a used tire for me! What a great guy! He did not have to do that, but went over and beyond to help! I would take my car or truck to Paul and trust him completely to do whatever I need! Midway is a little treasure in Stone Lake! No need to go to the bigger cities when Paul can help!

We found ourselves in need of an automotive shop to look at our car. Being from out of state, we contacted the nearest shop, Midway Automotive, Inc and hoped for the best. We were not disappointed. They got us in quickly, assessed the issue, and got us on our way the next morning; honest with what needed to be done and didn't overcharge us! I needed to get a last minute oil change as I was traveling for work, and Paul and his crew were able to not only get me an appointment within the hour, but were able to get me in an out extremely quickly. He also took the extra care to look up my vehicle and give me an honest quote ahead of time so I could know what I should be expecting and also gave my car a thorough inspection and report that was texted to me (super convenient). Super honest and helpful family-owned business. If I'm ever in the area again and need service, I know who I'm calling!

From the moment I walked through the door, until I pulled off the lot with my repaired vehicle, the staff at Midway Automotive showed a professionalism that other dealers should follow. They were friendly, courteous, made sure that I was comfortable, and that my vehicle was repaired quickly, and correctly. They don't treat you like a number, but as a person of value. As a woman, it is difficult to find a shop that doesn't make you feel inferior for your questions. They treat all their customers equally (man or woman).

Our Suburban is a fairly high mileage vehicle, well over 200,000 miles. It had developed a terrible whine in the rear end, so loud it drowned out the radio.

I was in the Hayward area on a 4th of July vacation with my wife. And while coming up from St.Paul, Minnesota, the air conditioning stopped working and a knocking sound began also. My father in law, Jerry Murray, highly recommended your shop. He scheduled the appointment, and we dropped it off on a Thursday morning. By Fri afternoon, we picked it up.
